Every month, we record and sort your income and expenses and we reconcile your bank statements. Your books stay up to date, so you always know where you stand and year-end is quick and simple.

  • VAT compliance

If you’re registered for VAT we prepare and file your VAT3 returns.

  • Payroll

We run payroll for you, your directors and your employees, working out PAYE, PRSI and USC and reporting everything to Revenue through ROS.

  • Annual accounts and Form 11

At the end of the year, we prepare your company’s financial statements from your bookkeeping records and file your CT1 corporation tax return with Revenue. We also file your B1 annual return with the CRO, and take care of the directors’ Form 11 personal tax returns.

We provide a monthly management reports so you can see how your business is doing all year round, not just at tax time.
